Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions of the online store www.freja.si are prepared in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Obligations Code (OZ), and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1). Please read these terms carefully before using the online store. By using the online store, you confirm that you are familiar with and accept them.

The terms and conditions regulate the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of users, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer. The user is bound by the terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order. By placing an order, the user confirms agreement with the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the legal notice. The online store is available year-round, 24 hours a day. The provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to the store due to technical or other reasons and accepts no responsibility for any consequences of outages, misuse, or technical issues.

1. Registration and Purchase Process
The online store service is intended for adult and legally capable users, which is confirmed by using the store. Product orders are placed electronically. The buyer selects a product, adds it to the shopping cart, and completes the purchase by confirming the order. After placing the order, the buyer receives a confirmation email. If the product is out of stock, the provider will notify the buyer and allow cancellation or replacement of the ordered product.

2. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order. Discounts and promotions are valid for a limited period, which is clearly marked next to the products. In case of an incorrect price or price change during the order processing, the provider will inform the buyer and allow withdrawal from the purchase. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of order confirmation, from which point the fixed prices and terms apply to both parties.

3. Payment Methods
Products can be paid for using the following methods:
• Credit cards (BA Maestro, VISA, MasterCard),
• Prepayment (UPN order),
• PayPal.

After successful payment authorization, the buyer will receive an invoice with an itemized breakdown of costs. The buyer must check the accuracy of the invoice and report any errors within 8 working days. Subsequent complaints will not be considered by the provider.

4. Delivery
Delivery is free for orders over 30 EUR. For orders up to 30 EUR, a fixed delivery charge will be applied, which is displayed at checkout. Products are delivered within 5–15 working days, unless otherwise specified. If the buyer is not reachable at the provided contact number, the provider is not responsible for delays.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with ZVPot-1, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. The goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and in the same quantity, no later than 14 days after notifying the provider of the withdrawal. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method, unless the buyer requests a refund to a bank account (please provide your IBAN). To simplify the process, please use the return form provided, which is also available on the website.

6. Complaints
The buyer may file a complaint within 14 days of product delivery if a defect is found or the wrong product is delivered. Complaints should be submitted via email to info@freja.si. If the complaint is justified, the provider will replace the product or refund the purchase price within 30 days. In the case of an unjustified complaint, the buyer will bear the cost of the return.

7. Personal Data Protection
The provider is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (ZVOP-1). Data is used exclusively for order fulfillment and the direct marketing of similar or identical products.

8. Limitation of Liability
The provider reserves the right to change content and prices without prior notice. Despite efforts to ensure accuracy, errors in the information may occur, for which the provider does not accept liability. Product images are symbolic.

9. Complaints and Disputes
The provider strives to resolve any disputes amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the court in Maribor has jurisdiction for resolving disputes.
