Complaints and Product Returns
ORDER CANCELLATION AND PRODUCT RETURNS
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without having to state the reason for their decision.
The withdrawal from the contract must be communicated in writing to:

To facilitate the return process, a return form is provided, which should be completed and included with the return.
After submitting the withdrawal notice, the buyer must return the received goods to the provider immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the goods, to the following address:
Gregor Modrinjak, Vrablova ulica 3, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia.
Important:
- The goods must be returned undamaged, in the same quantity, and in the original packaging, together with any labels and accessories, unless the goods were destroyed, damaged, lost, or diminished in value without fault on the part of the buyer.
- The only cost incurred by the buyer upon withdrawal from the contract is the return shipping cost, which is calculated according to the price list of the chosen delivery service.
- Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted.
Refund of Payments
Refunds of payments will be made no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
The provider will return the payments using the same payment method that the buyer used, unless the buyer explicitly requests a refund to a bank account. In this case, the buyer must provide the provider with their bank account number (IBAN) for the refund (details should be provided on the return form).
