Delivery
For orders:
- to Slovenia, free delivery is guaranteed for purchases over 30 EUR. For purchases under 30 EUR, the packaging and delivery costs are 4.90 EUR,
- to EU countries, the packaging and delivery costs are 11.90 EUR.

Delivery time
After registering the order (no later than within 48 hours of receiving the order, on working days in the Republic of Slovenia), the products will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days.

Delivery time does not include Sundays and holidays.

Responsibility for the unavailability of the buyer
If the buyer is not reachable at the contact number provided when ordering, the provider is not responsible for any extension of the specified delivery time.

Delivery address
The order will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer when placing the order.

Change of address
You can change the delivery address before completing the order. Go to the checkout page, edit your address in the highlighted field, and save your changes. If your order has already been placed, please contact our support team as soon as possible to request an update.
