Delivery Information

​​​​​Delivery Terms:

1. Free Delivery
   Free delivery is guaranteed.
2. Delivery Time
   After order processing (within a maximum of 48 hours from order receipt on working days in the Republic of Slovenia), the products will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days.
   Delivery time does not include Sundays and public holidays.
3. Responsibility for Customer Unavailability
   If the customer is not reachable at the contact number provided when placing the order, the provider is not responsible for any potential delay in the stated delivery time.
4. Delivery Address
   The order will be delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of ordering.
5. Change of Address
   Before completing the order, you can change the delivery address. Go to the checkout page, edit your address in the designated field, and save the changes. If the order has already been placed, please contact our support team as soon as possible to request an update.
